Your cards are lovingly packed in protective mailers or boxes to keep them perfectly safe in transit.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Times (Australia)
Standard shipping: 2–8 business days
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, but please allow up to 8 business days for delivery.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
Smaller orders are typically sent via Australia Post letter mail, which is untracked.
Larger orders (6+ cards) may be sent in a small boxed parcel, which may include tracking.
Where tracking applies, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes remain the same for both letter mail and parcel post.
Shipping Costs
Orders under $45: Flat rate postage $4.95
(covers most orders of 1–4 cards sent in a rigid mailer)
Orders $45 and over: Free delivery
Free delivery also applies to larger parcel orders when the order total is $45 or more.
