At Lemon & Lotus, each card is created with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
